ABI Multifamily is a brokerage and advisory services firm that focuses exclusively on apartment investment transactions.

For this project I was Project Lead.

Videos used to showcase and advertise certain properties for ABI Multifamily.  A lot of the videos are made from scratch and put together as a property template that allows quick placement of information and photographs.  In total, once a template has been put together it takes about an hour to use the template to make a video, from start to finish.  Here I am showing the different styles I put together for them. There are 4 different templates to choose from depending on the ‘personality’ of the property we are showcasing.
