ABI Multifamily is a brokerage and advisory services firm that focuses exclusively on apartment investment transactions.

Some of the properties that we sold needed floor plans or site plans to complete their packages. While the clients wanted these at times they drawings we received from them were very crude penciled in things that often weren't completed.  Or, for the site plans I would need to go to google maps and screen shot the property site to use it as my guide.
